What You'll Play

Board Games

From chill classics to modern hits—think teamwork co‑ops, clever puzzles, and table‑talk favorites. We’ll label tables by complexity and time so you can pick what fits.

Role Playing (RPG) Games

New to role‑play? Join a one‑shot with pre‑generated characters and a welcoming GM; veterans can chase crunchy systems or narrative showcases. (Capes optional, enthusiasm encouraged.)

Miniatures, Skirmishes, & Demos

Tactical movement, line of sight, and that “just one more round” feeling—plus demos to help you try before you paint.

Cards & Dice

Trading card meetups, casual drafts, push‑your‑luck dice games, and quick learnables that spark instant laughter.

Calling all Game Masters!

We’re assembling an epic roster of board‑game teachers, RPG GMs/DMs, miniature marshals, and card gurus to host tables throughout the weekend. You bring the system, scenario, or stack of favorites—we’ll coordinate your slot and connect you with players who can’t wait to play. (Short demos and teach‑to‑play sessions are especially welcome.) If you volunteer to run a game or several that is 8 hours or more, you can get a complimentary weekend solo pass.

Sponsors: Power Up the Party (and the Impact)

Gamers are passionate, loyal, and community‑minded. Align your brand with a weekend that spotlights kindness and play. Our **four sponsorship tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, Presenting—** offer visibility across hubs, signage, digital promotions, and on‑site acknowledgments, with room for creative activations that fit your brand. Sponsorships start at $250. (Ask us about tabling at hubs or special table sponsorships.)

Make the Magic Happen! (Volunteers and Event Committee)

Help us build the party and power the play—join the Event Committee to plan programming, promote Gaming For Good, and rally the community; or jump into flexible volunteer shifts that keep the weekend running smoothly. Pre‑event gigs include street team (hang flyers), outreach, and prep; event‑weekend roles cover check‑in & registration, set‑up/clean‑up, table guiding, and logistics.

Perk: volunteer 8 hours = FREE Weekend Pass, and we’re happy to verify school/work service hours.
