Mayita Sanchez is the founder of Frontier Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping nonprofits, public agencies, and community-minded businesses navigate federal funding, develop strategic plans, and build sustainable, high-impact programs. With over a decade of experience in public service, Mayita brings deep expertise in federal grant management, capacity building, and community-centered policy development.Before launching Frontier Solutions, Mayita served in leadership roles across Nevada’s state government, where she championed initiatives to maximize federal assistance and improve cross-sector collaboration. A passionate advocate for equity and access, she draws on her lived experience as a Chicana and first-generation college student to support clients with empathy, strategy, and real-world know-how.Mayita is currently completing her Doctorate in Management, with a focus on public-private partnerships and policy innovation. When she’s not working alongside changemakers, she’s organizing her community, serving on nonprofit boards, and preparing for her next chapter in public leadership.
